My room was spacious. It also featured modern decor, I found it quite pleasing. The leisure center was clean. The center rivals any five-star hotel, in my opinion. Staff offered assistance with our bags upon arrival. I found this touch considerate.
The showers have narrow space. Marble floors exist, these can be a hazard. I believe safety handles are important. Curtains should be added for increased privacy.

My room had top-quality features. Many extras were available for use. It included comfortable bedding and blackout curtains. A restful night's sleep was guaranteed.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. the room was clean, spacious and warm, i stayed on floor 2 with a room at the back of the hotel. saffron at the front desk checked me in. She was quick and knowledgeable about the area. i also enjoyed the breakfast service. it provided a very good selection.
The parking was not complimentary. I had to pay for it. spaces in the underground parking garage were limited, i noticed.

the hotel has a fitness center, that features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. it is convenient that hotel provides facilities on site.

My visit with my children and their partners created the best memories, and its been a revisit. He gave us the best advice for trips and restaurants and I appreciate it so much.
I was told when I booked, that there was no need to reserve a table for dinner since both restaurants accepted walk-ins. But when we arrived, there was no parking at the hotel. I was disappointed with queueing for a 4-star hotel and won't return.

Breakfast was acceptable. It had a decent variety of options.
The room was a letdown. I booked a 'Superior Beautiful' room, and it felt pretty standard (honestly, it was just a room). The price felt very high for what I received, and I later discovered a horse race event was probably the culprit behind inflated rates. There was no wow factor.

the location was alright, it meant i could walk to the shops pretty easy.
i gotta say, my room was not good. the window seal was messed up and i got a constant cold draft. the noise outside i hear all the time. it was not relaxing, more like a noisy wind tunnel.

the location is central, providing convenient access to various points of interest. the staff was friendly and efficient. i found the breakfast selection to be quite comprehensive, with a good variety of options available. the hotel also features lovely spaces for reading and relaxation.
The room i stayed in seemed to need some refurbishment. I noticed paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling. the shower pressure was also not satisfactory. i found the parking garage to be quite small and difficult to maneuver.
